Description
Painted near the reservoir off of Brooks Road in Bethany CT, Red Pine is part of a series of three paintings I painted in one afternoon. Each painting expresses a slightly different aspect of the same view. Here the illumination of the center pine tree catching the sunlight at a dramatic moment, took on spiritual significance to me.
