Princess Room, is a purely abstract painting. The colors, shapes and the movement of the brush marks are the subject of this painting. I probably painted ten different paintings before I came to this moment and called it ‘done’. The title comes from colors in the painting that are similar to a special corner of my studio that I call the ‘princess room’.
