Description
Linda is one of the remaining paintings from a series I did back in the day, when I worked as a waitress. One of my first jobs in San Francisco was at an Irish restaurant called MulCrevy’s. While working there I decided to paint the cast of colorful characters who dined, worked and ate there. Linda was a cocktail waitress with big 80’s hair, big smile and big personality. I sold this painting once and then it came back into my life. Caricatures have been a running theme in my art since I can remember. It’s nice to know personalities and humor still remain a consistent theme in my visual repertoire.
