Description
This watercolor landscape painting is the first of this year’s 30 paintings in 30 day challenge. I had a date with two of my painting buddies on the Red Road at a location I hadn’t painted yet. It was just after 3pm and the sunlight had begun gracing us with the late afternoon ‘golden light’. The foliage glowed in bright greens and yellows. The shadows on the road glowed in golden pinks and orange and the road receded into a tunnel of distant light.
