Description
Emerald Spirit felt like a fitting title for this painting. Though there’s a variety of greens seen and mixed on my palette, the essence I feel and see in this landscape are the bluish green and faceted light of an emerald gem. Emeralds also signify love, and love is how I feel toward the land on this island and why I paint landscapes of this beautiful place.
