Day #23
Today I was seduced by the pink and magenta hues on the bougainvillea bush down the road from my cottage. I had picked some of the bougainvillea for a bouquet and was surprised how long they stayed in bloom in a vase. Magenta has been one of my colors of choices lately; I see and use that color so often since I started painting in Hawaii. I couldn’t resist painting a watercolor of these gorgeous blooms.
