Description
Jungalow is a round landscape painting. I only recently began painting in a circle format. It’s taken some time to get used to the round composition and curved shapes formed at the edges. It messes with my head at first since I am more comfortable having the the four corners of a rectangular composition.
However, since I began my relationship with the circle, painting both pleinair landscapes and abstract compositions, I am pleased with where these circle-shaped paintings are going. It’s exciting to see how this new relationship develops as I explore the circle format further.
