Description
Continuing my abstract series based on forms of nature, my own garden provides the source for my visual appetite. I begin by viewing directly from the garden as my source, but allow the painting to take me on a journey of abstraction, where my visual vocabulary becomes one based on the elements of art… shapes, colors, lines, and composition. In this painting, I rejoice in the rich colors of the Hawaiian tropics.
