Blue Jade Lei
The Blue Jade Vine (also known as Emerald Creeper or Flor-de-Jade, is a beautiful tropical vine that puts on a spectacular display of turquoise-colored flowers. It looks like a painting already. During the season when the jade plant is in bloom, artisans in Hawaii weave together the most beautiful jade leis. One of these such leis inspired this abstract work where I did my best to capture the color of this most amazing colored flower vine.
