The weekend of unveiling was truly unforgettable! This January, I was overjoyed to be among 40 selected artists showcasing new works at the esteemed Schaefer Portrait Show at the Maui Arts Cultural Center. I named my painting The Bagelmeister. What do you think? Did I capture the essence of my dear friend Lorn? He is one of my oldest and closest friends here in Hawaii, and for decades, he has been delighting us with his homemade bagels. The exhibition runs until March 15, 2025, at MACC in Maui.
